- Use 10 Med Red Potatoes cubed
- Use 1/3 cup olive oil
- Get 1 1/2 tsp salt

- You need 1 tbsp paprika
- Get 2 tbsp garlic powder
- Prepare 6 tbsp Hot Sauce
- You need 2 cup grated cheese (Mexican blend)

- Preheat oven to 500°F
