- Use 6 Piece Pav
- Take 4 Tbsp Butter
- Get 1 Tbsp Oil
- Get 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger, Green Chilli and Garlic

- Provide 3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

- Provide 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Steps to make Masala Pav:
- In a pan heat 2 Tbsp butter. Add pav chunks and cook till crisp. This might take approx. 4-6 minutes. Stir in between to prevent sticking to the bottom.
- Heat oil and remaining butter. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Add finely chopped coriander. Saute for about 2 mins.
- Add finely chopped onions and cook till translucent.
- Add finely chopped tomato and capsicum. Cover and cook for 4- 5 mins.
- Add tomato puree. Mix well. Cook till oil starts to leave sides.
- Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
- Add water as required. Cook till it starts to boil, and all spices comes together.
- Add roasted pav chunks. Mix well.
- Add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
