  3. Remove the bay leaf & blend the onion mixture into a fine paste.
  4. In the same kadai transfer the blended onion mix & cook for a minute, then add pureed spinach 1 pinch of sugar & cook well for 3-5min.
  5. Add water to get the required consistency, then add a pinch of garam masala, cubes of fresh malai paneer &mix well, cook for 2min & switch off the gas
  6. Transfer it into a serving bowl & garnish with fresh cream & serve with chapattis or naan.
