Brush each corner of the wrapper with the flour paste, then bring the two opposite corners of the sides together and, keeping ur finger on those edges, bring the bottom corner toward the middle nd then roll the pastry up tightly towards the top corner. Tock the top edge in and seal it with a little of the flour paste. Repeat with the remaining spring roll wrappers nd filling.
- Heat ur frying pan nd fill to a quarter of its depth with ground nut oil. Care fully drop the spring rolls into the hot oil fry for 2- 3 min or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon nd drain on kitchen paper.
