Stir it continuously till it becomes thick gravy and oil separates from it. - Now add boiled dal to it. - Mix it well. - Add 1 glass water to it and again mix it. - Now let it cook for 20 minutes on low to medium and medium to low flame. - Off the gas and add butter, fresh cream to it. - Mix it well and garnish it with coriander leaves. - Serve it with paratha, stem rice, or jeera rice.
