- You need mutton
- Prepare ghee
- Prepare coriander powder
- You need yoghurt(curd)

- You need crushed to paste ginger

Instructions to make Mutton Curry:
- To prepare this main dish recipe, clean and wash the mutton peices. heat ghee in a fry pan. Add cardamom, cloves, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick. Saute these for a minute and add the sliced onions along with salt in it. Saute till the onions turns light brown in colour. Next, add ginger paste along with the garlic paste and cook the mixture until the raw smell disappears.
- Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder to the spice mixture and mix it well. add the mashed tomatoes and mix it well with the other ingredients. make sure that tomatoes turn pulpy and cook the mix until oil separates from the masala in the pan. Now add, mutton pieces in the masala and mix it well. Ensure that the mutton piece are evenly coated with masala.
- Pour the yoghurt in the muton masala and mix it well. let it cook for 4-5 minutes and then add water in it. stir it well and check the seasoning once. add chopped coriander leaves along with the garam masala in this. give it a quick stir. cook it for another 25 minutes to ensure that mutton is no longer raw and is perfectly juicy. once done take it off the flame and transfer the dish in a bowl. Serve it hot
