- Prepare 1/2 kg Chicken
- Take 3 medium sized onions sliced

Instructions to make Chicken curry:
- Clean and wash the chicken and marinate with a tbsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp lemon, salt, half of the onions and half of the tomatoes and mix thoroughly and keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Heat a pressure cooker add ghee and oil and tip in the whole spices when it's aromat add in onions, green chilli and 1 spring curry leaves, saute till golden brown colour then add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
- Now add all the powder masalas except bafat masala one by one and saute them, add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears. Now add in the marinated chicken pieces and saute for 2 mins and add 1.5 cup water, finally add in bafat masala, salt and a spring of curry leaves and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Once the pressure releases add a tbsp of lemon juice and tip in some coriander leaves. It's ready to served.
