- You need 1 Butternut Squash
- Prepare Drizzle Olive Oil
- You need Fresh ground Black Pepper
- You need 1 tsp veg oil
- Provide 1 large onion
- You need 2 sticks celery
- You need 2 large carrotts
- You need 2 pints veg stock
- Prepare 1/4 freshly grated nutmeg
