- First cut all idli into long strips.
- In a bow add all purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour,salt and red chilli powder,mix well,add water and make medium thick batter.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a wok, now dip idli pieces one by one into the better and drop into hot oil.Fry until nice golden in colour on medium to high flame.keep aside.
- Now in a pan/wok heat 2tbsp oil, add chopped garlic,stir for few secs. add onion,capsicum and cabbage.Saute on a medium heat for few minutes.
- Add ginger chilli paste,saute well.Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce,food colour and salt.Mix well.
- In a small bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and water to make paste,add this corn flour paste in the pan and mix well.
- Add fried idli and saute until well combined.
