- Use dark chocolate compound
- Use For the peach(fresh fruit) filling:
- Take milk
- Get custard powder (vanilla)
- Prepare sugar
- Provide ripe peaches (fresh fruit)
- Use Lemon juice
Steps to make Chocolate Peach Tarts:
- Melt dark chocolate compound by double boiling method or in microwave on high for 1 minute. Dip one by one wheat basket puris, coated inside & outside as shown.
- Place in tart mould or on butterpaper. Similarly make Chocolate coated Pani puris.Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In cooking pan add milk, custard powder and sugar. Mix well and cook on low medium flame till thickens. Off the flame. Cool at room temperature.
