Your beverage needs to be water or juice or milk. Choosing a large soda as your beverage contributes hundreds of unhealthy calories to your meal. A sole serving of soda is typically thought to be eight ounces. That portion can contain numerous spoonfuls of sugar in addition to at least a hundred calories. This shows that your drink on it’s own will put dozens of ounces of sugar into your body as well as several thousand empty calories. Water, fruit juice and milk, however, are far better choices.
