  2. Dry roast cumin,red chillies,bay leaves,whole garam masalas,and grind them.Store in airtight container.

Remove excess oil and keep 1 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp ghee to a pressure cooker.Add the marinated mutton, Kitchen King Masala, and fried onion paste.Also add the fried whole garam masala and fried potatoes. Fry till oil leaves sides.Add 2 cups warm water,bay leaf and pressure cook 5-6 whistles or till mutton is soft.Allow the steam to release by itself.Open lid after sometime.
  4. Add 1 tsp dry roasted and ground garam masala powder and give it a boil.Garnish with rest of fried onions, chopped coriander and serve with roomali roti, phulkas or steamed rice.
