- Get 2 tbsp moong sprouts (boiled)
- Use 2 tbsp crumbled paneer (homemade)

- First arrange all the ingredients in one place.
- Take 3 bowls. In first bowl add mashed potato, salt, little chopped onion, little tomato, all capcicum, little green chilly, curd, red chilly powder, jeera powder n little coriander leaves. Mix everything nicely.
- In the 2nd bowl add sprouts, black salt, green chutney, half mithi chutney, chat masala little, coriander leaves, green chilly,onion, jeera powder. Mix everything nicely.
- In the 3rd bowl add paneer, black pepper powder, salt, chilly powder, Oregano, corn,garlic, onion n give it a nice mix. (U can add mayonnaise)
- 3 types of stuffing is ready now.
- Time to assemble. Take a slice of bread. First spread a thick layer of potato mixture. Then put another slice of bread. Now spread sprouts mix. Cover it with another bread slice. Now spread the last layer, paneer mixture n cover with 4th slice of bread. Press gently. Put little butter in grill pan n roast the sandwich on both sides till golden.
- Now arrange the sandwich in a plate. Cut it into 4 equal parts. Spread mithi chutney over it. Then sprinkle some sev & cheddar cheese over it. Garnish with coriander leaves, tomato n chat masala.
