  1. Prepare 500 gms rice
  2. Prepare 100 grams soya chunks
  3. Take 250 gms potatoes
  4. You need 1/2 cup baked beans
  5. Get 2 onions sliced
  6. Use 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Provide 1 tbsp coriander powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder

  2. In a separate pot heat oil and deep fry the diced potatoes with a little saffron colour and salt and keep aside.
  3. Reduce oil to 2tbsp and fry the sliced onions till golden brown, add the sliced tomatoes and fry, then add the ginger-garlic paste, cook for 2 mins. Add salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and mix well. Add a little water and cook till the oil leaves sides
  4. Add the soya chunks to it and fry, add baked beans and mix. Then add 2 cups water and cook till the soya is soft and water is reduced then add the boiled rice and fried potatoes to it. Mix well and dirty rice is ready.
  5. Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot.
