- Heat butter in a pan on low medium heat.

- Now add chopped tomato, cook till they turn soft and mushy.
- Add all spices,tomato ketchup and maggi taste maker, mix it well and saute for a minute.
- Add water and bring it to a boil. - Then add maggi breaking into 2 halves.
- Add salt, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, stir occassionally.
- Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
