Steps to make :Kathi Roll:
- Firstly,make the dough using the flour and keep aside.
- For stuffing:Marinate the paneer cut the paneer into desired pieces,Take a bowl add curd,Add food colour, red chilli powder,paneer tikka Masala,ginger garlic paste,oil,Salt as per taste and mix well and add paneer pieces to it..Mix and keep aside for 4-5 hours for marination or in refrigerator.After 4-5 hours take a pan pour little oil and cook the paneer until it dries.
- For stuffing:Chop the tomatoes green chilli,onion and coriander mint leaves and keep it aside.Add salt as required.
- For stuffing :grind coriander and mint chutney
- Now roll the rotis using rolling pin and keep it aside.
- Take a roti spread green chutney,mayonnaise, Add vegetables add paneer and wrap and it is ready to serve..
