- Provide 2 Cups Lentils (pre-soaked overnight)
- Use 1 diced onion
- Take 1 chopped tomato
- You need 2 garlic cloves
- Provide Grated ginger paste

- Get Mustard seeds
- Take Cumin seeds
- Prepare sticks Cinnamon

- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and add the diced onions, ginger paste, garlic and chillies, stir till golden brown.

- If water is done and the lentils are still a little hard, add more water and continue to boil until the lentils are soft
