- Take 2 big carrot (grated)
- Get 1 chopped tomatoes

- For gravy : In a blender add 1 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 2 to 3 garlic cloves, 1"ginger crushed, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 green cardamom, 1 cloves, 1" cinnamon stick and 2 green chillies grind it into a paste. Once it is done. Keep aside
- For koftas : Wash carrot properly and peeled the skin. Cut into cubes. Add 2 garlic cloves, 1 green chilly. Grind it coarsely.
- Transfer to a plate. Add 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp luke warm oil, 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp red chilly powder and salt to taste. Mix….properly and knead a smooth dough.
- From the dough make a small ball size in shape. Once it is done. Keep aside. Heat oil in kadai. Shallow fry the koftas till it is light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer the koftas to a plate and keep aside.
- In the same kadai add little oil. When the oil is hot. Add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin seeds. Fry for few minutes. Then add chopped onion fy till it is light brown in colour. Then add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder and the grind masala. Remaining masala is left in the jar add little water and pour it to the curry. Add water as neded.
- Cover and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add koftas in the gravy. Boil it for few minutes. Add 1 tsp ghee also. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh coriader leaves. Enjoy….Carrot koftas with nan…….chappati's and steam rice……………
