- Roast sliced onions, few curry leaves and green chillies in coconut oil and in once roasted add turmeric powder
- Once roasted add chilli powder and coriander powder dry roast in low flame
- Once cooked add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. cook well till it becomes a fine paste form
- Add beef and mix well. close the lid and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame
- Open lid, add garam masala, pepper powder, meat masala lemon juice/vinegar and chooped coconut pieces. Best time to check for salt keeping in account this is to be dried(Keep salt a bit less)
- Cook in low flame till dry roasted And add few curry leaves.
