Instructions to make Undhiyu:
  1. In a big pan heat oil.Add mustard seeds.When mustard seeds crackle add curry leaves, red chillies green chillies and hing.
  2. Now add green peas, valor,farsi (French beans),tuvar seeds and saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Cauliflower, carrots and potatoes and stir all the vegetables.
  4. Close the lid for few minutes and let it simmer.
  5. Now add pieces of suran,Sweet potatoes,drum sticks and raw bananas and mix the veggies.
  6. Again close the lid to simmer
  7. Add tomatoes and salt.
  8. Mix all the vegetables.
  9. Now close the lid to allow the tomatoes and all the vegetables to soften.
  10. Let the tomatoes be soften and thick gravy forms in the Undhiyu.
  11. Keep the flame on medium.
  12. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients of methi gota and make a semi thick pakora like batter.
  13. Fry the methi gota in hot oil and add the got as in the Undhiyu. Mix well.
  14. Add jaggery.If u wish add red chilli powder according to your child's taste.
  15. Slow the flame and let a thick gravy form.
  16. After few minutes Off the flame and sprinkle chopped Coriander leaves.
