- You need 1 pomfret fish, cut into three pieces
- Prepare 3 tbsp. mustard oil
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. nigella seeds
- Provide 2 green chilies, slit
- Take 1 tbsp. red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

- Get 1 tsp. coriander leaves, chopped
