- Add 1 tblsp Ginger-Garlic Paste and mix well. Saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Now add the chopped Tomato and Salt to it. Let it cook till the Tomato turns mushy.
- Now add 2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp black Pepper Powder, 2 tsp Garam Masala to it and mix well. Saute everything for a few seconds.
- Add 1 Cup of Coconut Milk and mix well. Then add 3 Cups cooked black Chickpeas and 1/2 Cup Water. Mix everything well and let it summer on low heat for 20-25 Minutes.
- For tempering heat 1 tbsp Coconut Oil in a small pan. When it's hot add 3/4 tsp Mustard Seeds and let them splutter for few seconds.
