- Heat 1 litre water in another pot and add tamarind into it and keep aside to cool it
- After 15-20 min open the curry and add cauliflower and mix well and cover it again
- After 15-20 min add the lady fingers and strained tamarind water. Add extra tamarind water if u like
- Let it boil on fast gas and dein cover and simmer it until done
