- Take 250 gram Okra/Bhindi
- Take 1 medium Potato
- You need 1 medium Onion
- Prepare 1 medium Tomato
- Take 1-2 teaspoom Curry and Coriander Leaves
- Get 1 medium Green Chilli
- Take Pinch Turmeric and Asafoetida
- Use to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 Tablespoon red chilli powder

- Wash Okra and let it dry. Then Cut Okra into medium sized pieces(as shown in the picture)
- Chop Potato as well and take curry and coriander leaves
- Chop Tomato, Onion and green chilli
- Semi fry the chopped okra
- Semi fry potatoes as well
