- Provide 1 tsp coriander seeds

- Prepare 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Get 1 tbsp sugar
- Use 3/4 tbsp fishsauce
- Use 6 shallot,sliced
- You need 1 oil enough to fry shallots

- Pound coriander seeds with red chili paste and curry powder ,stir fry in pan until reddish ,good fagrance
