- You need 400 ml Coconut Milk
- You need 1 Apple peeled and diced
- Use 1 tbsp Flour
- Get 1 can small new potatoes
- Use 1 chicken stock cube
- Use 1 pints boiled water
- Take 1 tbsp Apple sauce, ie make your own, or buy a jar
- Take 200 grams Plain Yogurt
- Use to taste Salt & Pepper

- Heat up the oil in a large pan, then add the onions and fry for 1 minute
- After 1 min, add the garlic, ginger and cut up chili. Add the lamb now if its raw - cut into small pieces and fry for 1 minute.

- Add the garam masala powder and fry for 30 secounds, then add the tomatoes
- Add the whole can of coconut Milk and stir in. If using cooked lamb, then add now and stir

- Simmer for up 1 hour and keep stirring throughout. Then just before serving, add the yogurt, and mix well.
