- Use 300 gm medium sized prawn
- Prepare 2 cups coconut milk

Instructions to make Prawn malai curry:
- At first marinate the prawns with turmeric powder and some salt. Keep them aside for 30minutes.
- Heat some mustard oil in a wok and fry the prawns for approx 5mins. Don't overfry them else they will become chewy.keep them aside.
- In the remaining oil, add the bay leaf, cumin seeds and the whole cardamom, cloves and cinnamon stick. Saute till the smell oozes out.
- Add chopped onions and fry till they r golden brown.
