- Prepare 1-2 tbsp ready-made Panang curry paste
- Prepare 2 chicken breasts cut into small cubes or strips
- Prepare 400 ml tin coconut milk
- Take 2-3 kaffir lime leaves (finely slices)
- Provide 2-3 tbsp Thai fish sauce
