After sauteing the brown mustard seeds, add curry leaves, chopped green chilies, finely chopped baby corn, finely chopped carrot and green peas in wok.
- Saute for 1-2 mins. Now add turmeric powder, Salt and potatoes. Mix all ingredients really well and add poha as well. Cook until all ingredients are mixed nicely. Turn off the flame and mix lemon juice in the poha.
